Take Note!

Placement fees do not exceed one month's salary.
There is no placement fee for:
- Domestic Workers or Household Service Workers
- Seaman or Seafarer
- Workers who will work in countries where placement fees are prohibited under the laws or regulations
The worker (OFW) will pay the expenses of the following:
- Passport
- NBI/ Police/ Barangay Clearance
- PSA Aunthenticated Birth Certificate
- Transcript of Records (Form 137) and Diploma issued by the school, certified by the Commission on Higher Education and authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
- Professional License issued by the Professional Regulation Commission, authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
- Certificate of Competency for the job applied for issued by TESDA
- PhilHealth
- Pag-ibig Premium
- Inoculation/ Vaccination (only if necessary in the country of destination)
- Medical/ Health Examination according to the medical protocol of the country of destination
The Principal or Employer must pay the expenses of the following:
- Visa and Visa Stamping
- Work Permit and Residence Permit
- Roundtrip Airfare
- Inland Transportation from the airport to the job site
- DMW Processing Fee
- OWWA Membership Fee
- Additional Trade Test/ Assesment (if requested by the principal)
- Other onsite expenses related to employment

Remember:

The worker can only pay the placement fee to the licensed agency after signing the approved employment contract and it must be issued with the corresponding receipt.
The mandatory insurance premium will not be payed by the worker.
Any other fees that are not mentioned above are strictly prohibited.
